I have installed the desktop client on well over a hundred machines but am having problems with one. The install goes okay but when you try to expand CallPilot Desktop Messaging you get, "The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists." The server is available. I can compose a message and download and view the directory. After some checking I noticed that a callpilot.cst was not created in c:/documents and settings/user name/. Have reinstalled Outlook and deleted and rebuilt the mailbox. Any ideas?
