Installing Delpi6 Professional - ODAC

Hello

I am trying to install Delphi6 Professional on the same PC that already has Delphi5 installed.

I have both installed, but am having trouble installing the ODAC package. I was able to add the package earlier but cannot see what I am doing wrong now. These are the steps I am taking.

From the main menu in Delphi6
Component | Install Packages... | Click button labeled Add...| Locate C:\Program Files\Delphi6\Bin\odac60.bpl

I receive the Delphi6 error message

Package C:\Program Files\Delphi6\Bin\odac60.bpl can't be installed because it is not a design time package.
