installing db2 8.1 on aix

hi,
i'm trying to install db2 8.1 on my aix5.1 box. we have already installed db2 7.2

we want to install 8.1 and then migrate the 7.1 instances to 8.1

we don't have a upgrade utility, we have the full setup of 8.1

what should be my plan of action

We will be moving from H50's currently running 4.3.3 to 650's running AIX 5.2 in the near future. We plan on staying at UDB 7.2 for a little while longer.... But here is a Doc I have been reading to prepare.... Hope it helps....
