Installing CRA on a Generic PC

Has someone installed CRA on a Generic PC running CCM 4.02? I installed it with no errors however CRA service will not start. Gives error "Could not start CRA service on local computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service error."
Wanted to see if anyone else was successful before I start tearing into the issue.
