Installing CICS SW V4.1 - Phones Frozen

I'm installing CICS with SW 4.1 - one analogue CIC trunk cartridge - i've only connected one set to initiate the programming but when I power-up - all of the LCD arrows on the M7310 set light up solid and nothing happens.

Any thoughts?

The most obvious to me first, shawn, is to make sure you haven't double punched your phone down to the block, or that the jumper wire is not off by a pin....... Also, make sure it is actually on the extension side of the block. Just a couple suggestions to get the session started.

Yep - phones are fince - just removed the connector from my 3x8 and plugged into CICS and all phones light up solid.

Does the same whether or not software cartridge is in or not, same with the analogue trunk cart.

I also tried with anot S/W card. Same deal.

Could it be the CICS unit?

Sounds like KSU is bad yes...phones should just flash forever if no software is in it.

Is it normal for the S/W card to get real warm?
