installing CCM4.0(1) on non mcs machine 1

when you install CCM4.0(1)
make shure you use the win2k ENGLISH version
all other versions will cause the
msiexec.exe returncode 1603 error
the k9.2000-2-5 os uprgade is the minimum for ccm4.0(1)
but it is already in the ccm install file
along with sp4 and sql 2000 with sp3
the only thing to install after the ccm install is
the win-os-upgrade-k9.2000-2-5sr(x) which can be version 2 thru 8

However.
before installing callmanager you have to apply the reg hack
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems\Model]
"Hardware"="MCS7835"
"Memory"="1024"
"Speed"="733"

and the spirian reg hack
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Spirian\System Info\OS Image]
Version = 2000.2.5

the 1st reg hack is necesary to fool ccm in thinking
it has a cisco mcs machine

the second one is to verify wich os upgrade is already installed on the system this one is not neccesary to do
because when you install the os upgrade on your system
the install file will put it in the reg .
