Installing CCM Plugins on user PC's

I am trying to install the Cisco IP Phone Address Book Synchronizer on user PC's.
I go to the CCM Web page:

http://10.10.10.10/ccmadmin/main.asp

Select Application then, Install Plugins, then click on Cisco IP Phone Address Book Synchronizer
I am re-directed to this page:

http://minbar-ccm1/CCMPluginsClient/TabSyncInstall.exe

but get a page cannot be displayed error message.

The same problem happen when I have tried to install Call Manager Attendant Console on a users pc.

Any suggestions ??

Is minbar-ccm1 a valid name? Can the client machines resolve it? If not you can either manually type in the right address in Internet Explorer or edit the plugins table in the CCM database to list the correct URL.

Just change the URL address

http://minbar-ccm1/CCMPluginsClient/TabSyncInstall.exe

to

http://10.10.10.10/CCMPluginsClient/TabSyncInstall.exe

This will then allow you to download the plugin.

Or you could add minbar-ccm1 with the address 10.10.10.10 to your DSN server.
