Installing CallMan Subscriber using 4.0 to Publisher upgraded to 4.1.

Can anyone help we are a small company running Cisco CallManager 4.1(3) initially we had 4.0 installed on a Publisher and subscriber then we upgraded to 4.1(3).

We had a problem with our bars backup and as a result do not have a backup of our subscriber. We had a power surge in our equipment room which took out our subscriber, therefore at present all our services are running of the Publisher with no resilience.

I would like to know if I can installed CallManager 4.0
on our replacement server to the publisher and then upgrade it to 4.1(3)

If you have the 2 CCM 4.1.3 disks, just install it as CCM 4.1.3 Subscriber. You don't need a backup of the Subscriber. It will pull the information down from the Publisher. Just be sure that the 2 servers can see each other before you install CCM 4.1.3.
