Installing Call Manager 3.3(2)

I'm installing Cisco Call Manager 3.3(2) along with Windows 2k. In other words I'm building two servers from scratch.
I have a few questions

1. Should I create separate Partions for STIbackup
2. Should I build the Subscriber first and then the Publisher.

Please advice. Thanks

will the reg hack i see advertised for the CCM3.3 version also work with the CCM3.2 version?
i'm trying to install CCM3.2 on a non-standard server.
If not, can someone tell me how to do this please-i heard someone mention adding the /o flag in a "sti " Script??
