Installing Business Objects XI

Hi

Have just installed BOXI release 2 with service pack 1 and am getting following problems. Any ideas ?

After installation i am unable to logon to the Infoview or administration parts of the web portal using the default administrator passwords. I can however logon to the repository/ business view manager with the administrator id

I believe the default password is no password. Are you sure you didn't set a default administrative password for the CMS during installation? Do you have the authentication type set to "enterprise"? These are the only things I can think of that could help. I believe Business Objects does have a white paper on how to reset that password on their web site.
