Installing BARS on CCM4.1(x) PC Hardware???

Has anyone had any success with installing BARS on a CCM4.1(x) Server whether it is MCS hardware or PC (with registry hack).

What I am trying to do is install BARS "Backup Server" not "Backup Target" on my CallManager, but it fails early and rollbacks back saying it cannot install any further.

I wanted to see if anyone had success with getting BARS installed using Backup Server on MCS Hardware and PC. Let me know?
