Installing backup exec for NT + Agent for Exchange

I am in the process of installing this product and am wondering should I be aware of anything before we install this product for the 1st time (we got V 8.6). How long is it going to take me and I can start with incrementals 1st?

create a user account that is basically an admin. Let them log on local.

Put in the CD, put in the right serial nos. Assign the new account to the service.

Done.
