installing Avaya Equinox softphone

Hi everyone

i cant see to find the acxsettings.txt on my new installated version 11 ip office v2 system.

Where can i find that text acxsettings file ?

It isn't there. Use the 46xxsettings.txt file instead.

I am installing Equinox without using Zang.

if i follow the instructions on page 113

i want to put the url in like

http://myipofficeIP/acxsettings.txt

but the file acxsettings does not exist :-( i have followed all the steps until the zang configuration.

Tried loggin in with email

200@10.77.0.22

but i get the error
No Auto configuration file available
Check your email adress or click
the gear icon for other options

Altso tried that and i get the login screen to ext and password. But now i get an invalid sip server domain. Where do i change that?

Hint - 46xxsettings.txt

Are you using the Autogenerated settings file or Custom? If custom, I recommend using the 46xxSpecials.txt for modifications and then leaving the 46xxsettings.txt autogenerated.

Back to your sip domain point, what is configured in you LAN -> VOIP tab?
