Installing AVAYA 1X mobile app on Ver. 11.0

We are trying to install the Avaya 1x Mobile app on An IP office Version 11.0 IP500 V2

We have access currently to one phone and can make outgoing calls on an IPhone.

But we cannot dial internally nor dial into Auto Attendant 499

Can someone point me to some good literature that you follow?

What is 499?

Can you dial *17?

Do you use the IX as a softphone?

What do you mean by 'cannot dial intenally'? Ypu mean you can't call an internal extension at all, or is there no speech after answering?

Can you dial internally to the IX?

We need some more info what is working and what's not.
 
499 is our auto attendant
nothing seems to happen after dialing internally, no changes on my Iphone

499, ext 454 which is an associate, *17 nothing happened on my Iphone but the guy at his desk saw that I was trying to get in his voicemail

We do not use 1X as a softphone, but we are aware that we may want to do so in the future

I have not been on site to see if we can dial to the 1X, and I am not sure how that would be done?

I know in the app you have to tell it to use the app to dial instead of the phone itself. I don't have the app in front of me but I do remember that being a thing you had to change to actually use the app to dial out.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
 
I can use the dial pad on the app to make outgoing calls.

I cannot hear the access to VM when I dial *17, nor do I hear anything if I dial X 454 x499
