Installing Arcserve Netware client agent

Hi,
The problem is, we are trying to install the Client Agent for Netware and we can't log in to the Novell 4.11 server to complete the installation. Is it that we need to provide the username and organisation name etc in a certain format?
Typing the username on it's own doesn't work..and yes, we have the correct password

yes, oyu have to use the fully distinguished nomenclature. .o=****.etc.......

Don't forget .CN= !

.CN=USERNAME.OU=ORGANIZATIONALUNIT.O=ORGANIZATION etc.... -----------------------------------------------------
