Installing APC SmartUPS software on Win2K Terminal Server.

Anyone have any instructions on installing APC software on Win2K Terminal Server after it is up and running. I don't want the users to access the software. Installation was performed as per instructions, but failed. Server connectes to a ShareUPS device and is connected to the first port. Software defaults to SMARTUPS. All other Servers in my farm (non-TS) connected to ShareUPS must be set to SimpleUPS and they function correctly. I suspect that it is the software not being TS friendly.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
