Installing antivirus remotely

Hi,

i want to install norton antivirus remotely through a server.
I have already installed it in my antivirus server (ASERVER) and installed remotely in some local machines that the ASERVER can see.
My problem is with one machine (WEBSERVER) that i can't see in my left pane panel (in nt client install) but i can see through a text file that i import.
The ASERVER see the IP but when asking for password says that can't find the name.

I had already open UPD ports 137 and 138, but seems that there are other ports missing.

Any help?
