does anybody know how to install the IEEE 1394 PCI board into my computer? the board is needed for my EZ Editor Home Editing Kit....if you know a website which shows how to do it, that would help a lot

Best just follow the instructions that come with it!!
Should be just plug and play and install drivers when asked.
Have you any reason to believe this device is difficult to install?
It should be a case of taking out a blanking plate, pushing the card into place fix with retaining screw.
Restart, plug and play, browse to driver CD in rom drive, install and away U go! Martin Vote if you found this post helpful please!!

It may be necessary to install the driver before you install the card, in this case. Did the card come with software? It may include a readme file or manual to guide you. You might try here for some guidance:

The instructions are brand-specific, but it may help. Also, this link is a .PDF (Acrobat) file and will take a while to load if you are running a dialup modem.

i cant find the instructions that came with the kit...so i dont know exactly how to install the board
