Presently we have exchange 5.5 on a 2-node cluster, running on win2k advanced server (NOT NT4). We have one exchange site, BUT within this SINGLE site we have 2 domains. The domains both have 2 DCs each. These DCs are running win2003 – and the forest is mixed mode, but will be native before the Exchange 2003 migration.
We wish to move the mailboxes from a single Exchange 5.5 site (2 domains) to Exchange 2003 with each domain going into it’s own separate Information Store.
On a test environment, we have installed an ADC on the first Domain (after doing a forest prep and Domainprep – for each domain), with a primary AD connection – this will replicate between the X5.5 and X2k3 fine.
We are having issues installing an ADC within the second domain. Can anyone assist?
