Installing Adaptive Server 11.9.2 for Win NT

Here's my issue....
I have Win98 (Fat 32) so it won't let me install Win NT. Does anyone know if Adaptive Server 11.9.2 will install / run on Win 2000? If so, please be specific on what I need wrt Win 2000 software...Win ME or some professional edition.

I know this is probably a long shot question but appreciate any help you might have...
