Installing Activex Component Error "Ghostmethod_1968 already exists'

I am trying to install the Hauppauge Wintv activex control component into the Delphi 5 IDE and am getting the error "Ghostmethod_1968 already exists". I do not know how th deal with this error. Does anybody know what it is and what to do to get past it.
