Installing a T1 Card in a TDA 200

We are installing a T1 card into our TDA200. Telco is setting up everything loop start delivered digitally (45 handoff). Our vender said that it would NOT work. Is this correct or is there a way to configure the TDA 200?

pretty sure the t has to be wink start
you also need an adtran ace between the smart jack
annd the 0187. do you not have the tech note that tells you exactly how to have you t1 prvisioned?
