Hello,

I installed a second hard drive in my computer. I set it up with the jumpers as a slave drive, attached the cable and the power supply, rebooted but my computer is not recognizing the second drive. I'm running on Win98. PLease help if you can.

First things first.
Go into the bios and usually in the first screen, set the primary slave to AUTO and then press enter to detect (infact you can set all to auto)
If this doesn't work there may by a seperate bios screen with auto detect harddrives, follow the onscreen instructions. fingers crossed. Martin
Please let members know if there advice has helped any.
