Hello all,
I just recently had my old PS fans go out so decided to get a new one and upgrade it. I got the ThermalTake Xaser3 480W. I took out the old PS and installed new one, but when I turn my PC on the monitor stays black. The green light comes on the monitor at first, but quickly goes back to orange. I've tried different video card and that didnt help either. I'm sure I've connected everything back up to the motherboard as all the fans, drives, and leds light up and are running. I have a SCSI setup, ATI Radeon9800Pro card, 2.2P4, 15krpm SCSI harddrive, and a gig of RN(maybe thats RD) Ram. Any suggestions of what to try? Hoping I didnt jack my MB up but any real way to test that?

Sounds like either the data cable to the monitor, or the video card is poor connection. Unplug and re-insert both.

I have tried that as well and no luck. ;( I think I might have fried my MB.

I believe your ATI Radeon 9800 Pro has a four pin power connector. Did you remember to plug the new PSU into it?

Not even a beep from the mobo speaker? If not then even the mobo does not get into POST. Disconnect the back-up battery.
Remove peripherals to check if you can get at least a beep. If it does, then reconnect the peripherals one by one.
