Installing a new exchange server

I have one exchanger server and one W2K server. I want to build a new exchange server, introduce it to the network and then after I move the mailboxes to the new server, remove the old exchange server from the network.

When I installed the first exchange server, I ran forestprep and domainprep. Do I have to run either or both of these this next time or can I just proceed with installing the exchange program on to the new machine?

Just install exchange plain jane, If you get prompted to join the exisiting site your in business. 01110000
