Installing a Dell POS hardware and software System

I have a friend that runs a small retail shop that has just purchased a Dell POS Pro system off of e-Bay. It has a 15" touchscreen and Quickbooks. It also will come with 30 day phone support. I'm computer literate, can do simple installs, etc. but if you're scared, say you're scared. I'm not exactly sure the deal she received and all I know is that I'm being told it's a new system. When I go to the Dell site they don't have a Pro system; they have Basic, Enhanced and Advanced but no Pro. I'm trying to get a read on how hard installing the hardware and software will be, even with phone support. Sorry I don't have any more information but I'm hoping somone can tell me it will be all right! (Dreaming, aren't I) Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
