Installing a BT Item# 008868 E1/ISDN30 box 1

I am installing a 3300 CXII in the UK with an ISDN-30 channel circuit. The LEC (BT) is using a BT item# 008868. Do I connect to the 120ohm balanced line connector CCITT I421? Do I need a xover or standard patch cable and what if anything do I need to do with the 2 BNC Connectors that are on the connection block on their box as well.

ISDN 30e you just need a normal CAT5 patch lead no crossover.
You will need to set it 120ohm very simple setup
If you need to cross you can just do it through the Digital circuit desciptor NT/LT
