Installing a .bin file on Mac

I am trying to fix my Aunts computer, she downloaded limewire several times and installed it but it always says that the file is corrupted.
I've downloaded it and burnt it on a CD, How do I install it. I am a PC user so I don't know how

You need stuffit expander. It's freeware. It is similar to winzip. It will uncompress the file. You should already have it. If her computer is older, she probably needs to update it. If it's a new computer, you need to find it and drag and drop the file on it. If you let me know what OS she's running, I can help you with doing a search for it. It can be downloaded from:
