Installing 7911G phone onto ccm 4.1(3)

I am trying to install a 7911G ip phone onto my callmanager version 4.1(3) however, I do not have an option for the 7911 phone type.

Can anybody help?

you will need to download the latest device pack from cco that is compatible with your ccm version and install it on the servers.
Then you will be able to see the 7911.

Thanks Whykap, but I cannot find a device pack on cisco website for version 4.1(3) there is only version 5.1(2)or higher.

Sorry, just checked again and have found cmterm-7911_7906-sccp.8-3-5.exe which I have downloaded and installed, however, this made no difference, will I need to reboot the servers?

That's a phone load. You need the device pack.

Read the release notes before you install as it will upgrade all you firmware on all the phones.
