A friend of mine has been trying to install a 3COM 5610B modem on a windows NT Workstation. He has tried everything from physically pulling it out and reinstalling,uninstalling, deleting, making sure the previous modem was uninstalled, etc. There are no IRQ conflicts and he has tried to install it under different PCI slots. Any suggestions? Thanks.
