Hello all,

I am trying to add a shared fax from our FS (2k8 x64)

I have added the 32bit drivers in additional drivers from a win7 32bit machine as per some previous instructions I found.

my issue now is when trying to add the Fax I get this:

windows cannot find 'SysyOcMgr.exe'.......

this is from withing the TS client session logged in as either the local / domain Admin or the user.

Have anyone come across this before?

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you need to install device drivers then you will need 64-bit devices drives for your 64-bit server. While you can run 32-bit programs on a 64-bit server within WOW64, devices drives must be native 64-bit.

The file server is 64bit where the fax server resides. the Terminal Servers are 32bit (all server 2008)

I'm not sure why I was having issues spelling "device drivers", but that's what I was referring to. If you need to install the device on a 64-bit server then you must use 64-bit device drivers. You say that the file server where the fax server resides is 64-bit, ergo you will need 64-bit drivers.
