I am in the process of installing the Call Manager 2000.4.5 on a new server. I get abuot 30 minutes into the install and I get teh following error:

SATA RAID Controller:
Current State:
Config = 'OKY' and Status = 'VERI'

Expected state of controller to proceed
Config = 'OKY' and Status = 'None'

Then is says:

Elipsed Time for SATA RAID construction is X minutes.

These two messages keep coming up with the number of minutes going up one mintes after every cycle. Its been doing this for like 25 minutes.

Cisco's PDF says:
Error-
Config = " <Config> Status = <Status> ...Controller must indicate Config = 'OKY' and Status = 'None' to proceed

Fix-
The system waits for the SATA Raid controller to come to optimal state before transferring the image. You do not need to take any action.

Is this normal? Its only a 140GB 7.5K hard drive.

yes it is. You are looking at about 1.5 hrs to load the basic 2000.4.5 OS.

Patience my friend.
