Installing 2 AIX hosts for high availability / redundancy

I'm implementing two new egate 4.5.3 AIX boxes. I have a primary and slave registry with replication. It's working fine. I'm trying to use IBM HACMP in the event of a box failure. Each host has the ability to mount the other hosts egate filesystem. Each host has a working schema. Now I need to find the right way to run both schemas on the same box in case of a hardware failure or scheduled reboot.

Has anyone done/attempted this? Registry replication isn't the answer because that's not for redundancy, that's for distributed workload. I know HACMP has been used with egate. I want an active-active environment where both hosts can do work but absorb the others schema.
