Installing 1.5Mb DTI card for CAS (Robbed Bit Signallin)

I' a newbie and would like some help in adding a DTI card to M1 Opt11, running version 2111, Release 22, Issue 8 D +

There is already a DTI/PRI card in slot 1 and Digital LC in slot 2 and VM in MM (last slots). I have put another 1.5Mb DTI card in slot 3 and am following instructions as per Doc Number:553-3011-310

When I program the DTI with LD 17, I get as far as DLOP
I enter :-
DLOP 3
it comes back with SCH0535 (Attempted to remove non-existing loop or add existing loop)

Check if there is something programed on Loop 3

Ld 32 STAT 3

If nothing shows up when you do a STAT 3, then go to LD 60 and do a STAT.

if you get a sch, then prt tnd 3.. make sure nothing is built on loop (card) 3
