Unfortunately this forum is not very high volume, so you may be waiting a while to get an answer from here. I personally don't know anything about Win9x\ME but have you tried the Knowledge Base at the Wise website?

Windows and ME are considered "Ignored" words and there fore searching on them does not bring anything up.
