Installed W XP SP2 and Client 4.9 SP2 Remote management Won't Start!!

Hi all,I had a windows XP SP1 and Client 4.9 with the sp2 add-on not the full 4.9 sp2 and the remote management worked fine, then I installed the XP sp2 and the full blown 4.9 sp2 client after that rebooted the PC and I noticed that the remote management didn't show up on the system tray, I went to the services and I noticed that the service was set to automatic start at booting but the service was sttopped I just simple clicked start and started I saw the remote management on the system tray the I rebooted again and the remote management didn't start, went back to services and the remote management was set to automatic but again the service was sttoped.
Does anybody ahve any Ideo of why is this happenning?

Try disabling the firewall in SP2, I suspect that is the problem.

Novell has a doc about configuring Zfd with XPsp2

The Firewall has been disable but still the problem persist, whats the TID number by the way?
