Installed PHP3 On Windows.NET 2003

Hello I cant seem to fix this problem (I am new to PHP) I ran the installer and everything seemed fine, I have the website setup in IIS to point ext: php to the PHP file, now when i goto run a simple PHP script that says Hello World i get the following error on the site...

No input file specified.

I even replaced the php.ini file in my c:\winnt folder with the ditributed copy!!!

Please help.

PHP3 - do you really mean that?
There are several tutorials around on how to install PHP. I have no experience with IIS, so I can't help.
But get yourself something newer than PHP 3.
