Installed NW4sp9..Acrserve6.1 license file not work

I have just upgraded from Netware 4.11 SP8 to SP9. Now Astart6 will not load due to a invalid license file. I have reinstalled the Arceserve 6.1 upgrade using the previous Arcserve 5.0 license disk as I have always done. The installation go without error. The new license file has today's today's proper time and date stamp.

What's wrong????
