Installed miniSAP, help with lessons

Hello friends
I installed miniSap on XP with 6.20 GUI. I can logon and move around the interface. The question is? Is there a tutorial/CBT out there which can help me understand the product?I want to learn SAP Basis and ABAP and have a broad understanding of SAP. Thanks
