I was just upgrading my computer from agp 8x to a PCIe motherboard and Card. I had gotten everything installed and setup in my work area, then I moved my computer into my room, when I tried to start it up everything worked fine until the user login screen came up. My monitor then went into standby mode as if it did not have a signal.

I took everything apart and put it back together, reformated my HDDs, and everything worked again... until I installed my video card drivers. I can see all of the start up and BIOS info, but when the login screen comes up it goes blank.

I can still type in my password and login, and properly shut down my computer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention this in the first post, and I did not see an edit button >_<.

I have tried using the onboard card, and that worked for a little, but after I tried installing a game it restart, and would no longer work.

Can you get into safe mode? you should be able to. Are you able to use another machine to gain access to the internet to download the latest drivers for your mobo & graphics card? I assume you have, because of the post. Anyway, from safe mode remove the old driver & install the new ones if you are able. If not restart & get the new drivers installed straight away.
