I installed RedHat 7.2 on my system that included sendmail ver 8.11.6. I tested the mail in and out from the root command prompt and all was okay. When I log in as a normal user, the mail bounces. What did I miss??? I'm a LinuxNewbie but I love it!!!

Hi

Maybe your "trusted-user" file (resides normally in /etc/mail) contains only root as the allowed user

which means, if put all users, who can use sendmail as the Mailserver, in this file, and restart
sendmail then it shoud work fine

kind regards

Elvis
