Hi Everyone,

I'm new to Citrix. I've installed Citrix MetaFrame XP to my Windows 2003 servers. However, whe I tried to use Citrix client to connect to the Citrix servers, the following message appear: Cannot connect to the Citrix MetaFrame server. The Citrix MetaFrame server you have selected in not accepting connections.

Thanks.

I'm not familiar with 2003, but if it were 2000, the problem would immediately be identified as as TS CAL issue.

Question: What OS is on the client machines that you are using to connect to the server?

I managed to make it worked. I beleived the initial installation was not right. The machine I used to connect as clinet is Windows XP running clinet version 9. If it was a TS CAL issue, how can we fix it? I managed to installed and published some applications but I could only ran one one machine with, but if I logged to another machine with another user to use the published application I got error like: the system was not able to acquire a Citrix Product License. The IMA service may not be running. is there anyway to fix this because I only use this Citrix as testing...Thanks.

you need to licence it
