Installation Tru64 4.0f failed on DS20E with KZPCC-CE RAID controller

Hi,

I have an issue on DS20E with KZPCC-CE RAID Controller while loading Tru64 4.0f OS. It
has internal BA 610-6D disk cage connected to the KZPCC-CE RAID controller. I have
created RAID 1 for boot disk through SMOR utility.

I have started 4.0f os installtion with the option
#boot -flags fax GENERIC dqa0

when it requested for NEW HARDWARE MODULES NHD kit-3

Inserted the NHD kit -3 CD and gave the kernal path
kernel:/V4.0F/usr/sys/base.kit

Then It requested for 4.0F OS CD and it started Linking 206 objects:205 204 203 202 201..........26

insert media for kit 'dqa0:/V4.0F/usr/sys/hardware/base.kit', hit when it ready ...25 24 23 24......12 "Internal linmit reached in OSF_Boot: out of space for compressed relocations"

Then it will come out from installtion to the console prompt.

system specs:

RAM -4GB

Firmware - V6.1-2

KZZPCC-CE RAID Controller:
I2o SCSI BIOS v001.2H (1999/10/15)

Model -PM3755U2B Revision-CQ16
NVRAMver-DEC V1.7 FW Type -375
System shipment has done 27 DEC 01.

I would appreciate if you get me solution to resolve this issue ASAP.
