How can i install palm desktop and hotsync for a person who doesnt have adminstrator rights on the computer?

I install it as an administrator and everything works fine. When he logs on it doesnt work.

any help appreciated.

1. Temporarily give him administrative rights
2. Log in with his username
3. Install the software (while logged in as him with admin rights)
4. Take the admin rights away
