Installation Problem

Hi
Iam new to Informatica.I tried to Install powermart5.0
Client and server tools on Windows 2000 Adv server.But iam not able to see the Designer navigator window.All other things are working fine.What could be the problem?I can view all the other things including Debugger,Output window.
