Installation problem

Hi! I was trying to install PHP 4.1.1. but at the end of the installation I got the message:

Error trying acess the local web service: GetObject Failed. You will need to manually configure IIS via manegement console.

Let me say that I would like to install php on my local machine that I could try PHP without connection to the server.
