installation problem - help please!!!

when i am trying to install the client software on win2k the initial splash screen comes up and then when i click on the install button - the splash screen disappears and then nothing happens -

please help

If your computer is a Pentium 4, this is a known problem (not a Windows 2000 problem). Check the FAQs at this site for more information: faq186-1124 is the one you want.
