Installation of WAS 6.0 64bit

Hi all.
I have a problem wth installation of 64bit version of WAS 6.0 on AIX 5.3 ML5.
When I use the normall way of installation: ./install -options "myresp.nd.txt" -silent There is no action (only VM searching... I suuposd) - no outputs in log file. Vhen I use the setup.jar (java -jar setup.jar...) I have recived the error with insufficient internal memmory and in case of growing it, I recived the error INSTALLFAILD.
Does anybody some tips how to solve this trouble?
