Installation of Oracle 8.1.6 wont start on win 2000

Hi,

I'm trying to install Oracle v8.1.6 on a win 2000 machine
but when i click install nothing happens. And without
errors.

If anyone can help??

The problem is not really Windows 2000, it is the fact that you are probably on a Pentium IV processor. This is a known problem - check out faq186-1124 on this site for more info and workarounds.
