Installation of Lotus Notes info service for Outlook Mail?

I am trying to install the Lotus Notes Mail service through the mail applet in the Control Panel (Win98SE). I have all the other services, but not that one. I use Office 2K professional edition, have completely uninstalled & reinstalled Office (including Outlook) and Outlook Express. I even have the dll that the service uses, but can't get the thing to show up.

Anyone know what the install file is for these services so I could at least try to modify the inf manually?
